Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or 1 1/2 sticks
  • 2 cups celery diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 loaves of white Dave's Killer Bread 36oz total
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large pan, melt butter and add celery, onion and seasonings. Saute until onions are translucent.
  • Cut up or rip apart bread into 1" cubes and put in a large bowl. Add pan of buttered and seasoned vegetables to bowl and combine with bread cubes well.
  • Add chicken broth to bread mixture and gently combine well. Spread stuffing evenly into prepared 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top turns golden brown and crispy looking. Serve and enjoy hot with your favorite meal!
