3/4cupbutteror 1 1/2 sticks
2cupscelerydiced
1large oniondiced
4teaspoonsage
1tablespoonground thyme
2teaspoonoregano
2teaspoonsalt
2teaspoonground black pepper
1 1/2teaspoonground rosemary
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1 1/2loaves of white Dave's Killer Bread36oz total
3cupschicken broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
In a large pan, melt butter and add celery, onion and seasonings. Saute until onions are translucent.
Cut up or rip apart bread into 1" cubes and put in a large bowl. Add pan of buttered and seasoned vegetables to bowl and combine with bread cubes well.
Add chicken broth to bread mixture and gently combine well. Spread stuffing evenly into prepared 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top turns golden brown and crispy looking. Serve and enjoy hot with your favorite meal!
