What Does an Energy Session Look Like?

After booking and scheduling your Energy Healing session, you will receive an email with your private zoom video link for you to join on your scheduled date and time. The call is audio only and will be recorded for you to download to replay at anytime.

During the call, Jennie will discuss your needs, how you are feeling and your desired outcome.

Jennie will then perform the session with you. Be prepared with pen and paper if you would like to record any findings and your own feelings about the session.

After the session, Jennie will email you with post healing care to help with integration. You will also be provided with a link to download the session for your own records, if you desire.
