Did you know that there’s a certain term for this type of plaid? I didn’t until this year, no joke! I’ve always loved the look of the multicolor plaids but didn’t know how to narrow down my search results from just searching plaid which was often too broad. There’s red tartan plaid, blue tartan plaid, white tartan plaid and you get the point. Just search the main color you’re looking for, followed by “tartan plaid”. Whereas, if you look up red plaid instead of tartan plaid, you’ll most likely get a search result consisting mostly of gingham, or buffalo check 2 colored patterns.
